Beyond the Front Lines: Good Samaritan volunteers show how they improve patient experience

Every day across MultiCare, our team members work together to support the health and well-being of the communities we serve.
Many of these professionals channel their passion and expertise into providing direct patient care on the âfront linesâ of our hospitals and clinics. However, there is also a vast network of individuals in nonclinical roles, or in clinical roles behind the scenes, who help deliver positive outcomes and experiences for our patients and families.
The âBeyond the Front Linesâ video series showcases teams and departments at our organization who may not provide hands-on care yet help ensure the smooth operation of our health system. These videos feature team members at specific MultiCare locations; however, the indispensable work they do takes place day in and day out at facilities across our entire organization.
