We accept:
- All ages All ear, nose and throat conditions, including allergies, head and neck masses, and audiologic needs.
Work-up preferred:
- No work-up required before first appointment. If not in Epic, please fax any relevant chart notes and imaging.

Work-up preferred:
- Referral required for all.
- Sinus issues – prefer CT imaging already done
- Thyroid issues – prefer ultrasound already done, biopsy results and lab results if possible
- All parathyroid issue referrals need to speak with the triage nurse. Please call the main clinic phone to ask for the nurse.
- This office doesn’t see people for allergies or migraines
Service specific referrals in the Spokane Region

Candidates must be:
- 18 + years
- BMI less than 40
- Moderate to Server OSA with an AHI between 15-100
- Less than 25% central/mixed apnea
- Unable to tolerate CPAP Work-up
Yakima Region

Patients of all ages, from pediatric to adults, with ear, nose, and throat conditions, including allergies, head and neck masses and audiological needs.
Work-up preferred:
A completed audiology test is required prior to first visit for all patients with ear related issues and vertigo.
