MultiCare Announces Leadership Changes

SPOKANE, WA (May 4, 2020) – MultiCare announced leadership changes in the Inland Northwest.

Greg Repetti, who currently serves as President of MultiCare Valley Hospital, has been named to the new role of President of MultiCare Deaconess and Valley Hospitals. Repetti will follow in the footsteps of former President of MultiCare Deaconess Hospital Laureen Driscoll, who has accepted a new role as the President of MultiCare’s Tacoma General and Allenmore Hospitals.

Bryan Mueller, President of MultiCare Rockwood Clinic will be leaving the organization. Alex Jackson, current Chief Operating Officer of Rockwood Clinic, has been appointed as Mueller’s successor and has been named President and COO of MultiCare Rockwood Clinic.

Repetti has over 30-years experience in senior leadership and has served as the President of MultiCare Valley Hospital since 2014, leading improvements in quality of care, patient experience and staff engagement. Previously, Repetti has also served as COO of MultiCare Rockwood Clinic from 2013-2014 and at MultiCare Deaconess Hospital from 2010-2013.

Under Driscoll’s three-year tenure, she built on the rich history of MultiCare Deaconess Hospital expanding services to fit the needs of the community. Most recently, Driscoll was named to the distinguished top-20 list of women in business leadership.

Mueller, who joined MultiCare Rockwood Clinic in 2018, was instrumental in implementing structural changes in the organization that helped improve patient care strengthened care services and enhanced provider and staff engagement.

Jackson also joined MultiCare in 2018 when he was named COO of MultiCare Rockwood Clinic. Prior to joining MultiCare, Jackson served as the Chief Executive of Providence’s Sacred Heart and Holy Family Hospitals.
