How to request
- Submit your Dragon Medical One request here.
- The Dragon Medical One request page will then display. Click the “Submit Request” button.
- On the next screen, enter your best contact number and click “Submit.”
- Within one to three days, you’ll see the “Dragon Login” button display on your top Epic toolbar. Simply click the Dragon button to start using DMO.
Tip sheets
- The Basic DMO Tip Sheet contains the information you need to get started, including how to set up and use the PowerMic Mobile app, which enables you to use your smartphone as a Dragon microphone.
- The Advanced DMO Tip Sheet includes some excellent beyond-the-basics information to help you get the most out of DMO.
Resources & optional training
- “Training” and “Live Chat” options are built into the Dragon toolbar menu.
- The Nuance DMO Learning Center has instructional videos and information available. Please note: Some of the content may not be 100% applicable to MultiCare’s current version of DMO.
- Virtual training sessions with a Dragon trainer from Nuance are available but not needed to begin using DMO.
- Learn insider tips on getting the most from Dragon.
- Both beginners and experienced users will find sessions helpful since the trainer will adapt the training to the needs of the participants.
- Sessions will be held individually or with very small groups (three participants maximum).

Help line: If you requested DMO and aren’t seeing the “Dragon Login” button on your Epic toolbar within three days, or if you need help submitting your request, call the IS&T Service Desk for assistance (Puget Sound: 253-403-1160; INW: 509-473-4357).
