Meet Lily and Dahlia Kramer — twins who weighed under two pounds each when they were born prematurely at 26 weeks. Thanks to the care that they received from MultiCare Deaconess Hospital’s NICU unit, the Kramer twins are living healthy lives. Their mother shared their inspirational story in the video.
