Mother and daughter lose 370 pounds and reclaim their health through bariatric surgery

Bobbi Ehlers was tired of being overweight. After years of research, she found the MultiCare Center for Weight Loss & Wellness and James Sebesta, MD. After bariatric surgery, she immediately felt the positive impacts on her health and inspired her daughter, Leslie, to have surgery as well. Suffering from high blood pressure and diabetes, Leslie is off of all medication post-surgery.
“You feel better. You feel better about yourself. And it has nothing to do with a number on the scale,” says Bobbi. Adds Leslie, “It has nothing to do with just appearance. I feel better. I feel better.”
