Dr. Zhu was engaged and very courteous. He expertly navigated my complicated long term problems for which I was seeking care. He described the tests, what he was doing and why, gave me helpful feedback, thoroughly reviewed relevant imaging and was very reassuring. I have tried to get my issue resolved for years so this is welcome.

In the past, this doctor showed more willingness to involve me in my care but not this time.

My concerns were addressed in interview and nerve studies done. Questions were answered when possible. I learned more about my symptoms and what was learned with the EMG tests. A wrist splint was prescribed for carpal tunnel syndrome and further testing was prescribed to address other troubling symptoms (eg facial numbness). I felt we had good rapport and could talk together easily.

He clearly cared about what I had to say. Explained whatt he found in from the EMG. He was clearly very knowledgeable.
