She is fantastic and had so many ideas and ways to get my son to cooperate with exam. No crying from him which is so wonderful!

Provider spent most of the time facing the computer and typing rather than speaking to us or listening. It seemed like she was rushed to get her paperwork done.

Just as I typed out earlier, the doctor showed no sympathy and I was very disappointed.

The NP wrote the after visit summary and got my child's name wrong using a different name twice. We weren't given results after sitting in the office after testing for a half hour and sent home with the promise that we would get a call with the results. We never got a call only a notice in my chart. Provider told us my child had some sort of virus before even getting the test results and said there were options to shorten the length but never provided us with the options. I felt rushed like we were a burden for coming in.
