He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, WA, and his medical degree from the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, MO. Dr. Baxter completed a residency in Family Medicine at Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.

    Dr. Baxter went the extra mile today regarding my health and emotional issues. He listened and responded positively and with suggestions how to deal with everything. He showed the appropriate level of concern and suggestions for the plans to get things under control and improve my physical and emotional issues. I've never felt more relieved, comfortable and in good hands. Today's appointment probably saved my life.

    Words cannot explain how relieved and happy I am having established care with Dr. Baxter. He is by far the best Doctor I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with. He was so thourough with everything, and made sure we understood what we were talking about. He was constantly asking if we had questions, and kept telling us, " We are here for you". He went over detailed options for the medical issues I brought up, and he made me feel comfortable the entire time we spoke. I truly don't think I will ever know another Doctor who truly cares for his patients the way Dr. Baxter has shown he does. I feel like I am making such headway with my medical issues after 1 visit. I am beyond grateful, I feel like I have won the healthcare lottery!
