There weren't really discussions about treatment or options at this visit, that is why there are the 4 ratings. Dr. Chen has been my doctor for a long time and I always feel like he knows my issues and cares about my treatment.

It was a challenge to try and understand Dr. Chen so one has to listen very closely to what he is trying to explain.

Dr. Chen gave a clear and concise explanation of my options and listened to my concerns and adjusted my meds accordingly. After talking to Dr. Chen, I felt confident in my plan of care and the parameters for returning emergently.

Dr Chen has been my go to for 8 years now and I am blessed to have him. Hope it continues

The doctor did nothing to discuss prevention, root causes or diet, nutrition. These are so many of the problems that need addressing when dealing with heart conditions, no?? It was extremely disheartening. We're supposed to be able to come to the experts and have them help us heal, and prevent further disease. None of this was discussed, and when we tried to, there was no offering or information given.

He didn't want to have anything to do with here and now recovery. My hands are tied by your decision to say I don't qualify for disability. I am disturbed about my Drs pore chose to continue to help me. I can't work yet... I have no way to make it to the next level of recovery.

I've always liked Dr. Chen, but I had a terrifying experience at the ER with new onset atrial fibrillation with RVR, and multimodal ectopic beats, which poses significant risk to Mt overall health (as well as my life...). He demonstrated no compassion, provided minimal information & was clearly concerned about doing the least amount required to get to his next patient. I don't blame him, I'm experiencing the same thing with other providers. They're overburdened, pressured, & burning out rapidly...

Dr Chen knows all about my condition, he was my doctor when I had my heart attack, and he keeps up with my meds and treatments

Best facility and staff Dr. Peter Chen all make you feel like you matter.

..language was a problem..combined with provider wearing a mask during exam...

I like Dr Chin very much. He is an excellent Doctor and I would recommend him to anyone in need of a good heart doctor.

Dr Chad always explains things and answers any questions I ask.

Rushed, too in a hurry to take seriously any of my concerns. Felt he was condescending at times. Not open to exploring or explaining my condition.
