Patrick Leong, LCSW joined MultiCare in 2018. Patrick is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who will be working with patients at Rockwood Behavioral Health. He earned both his Masters of Social Work and Bachelor of Social Work at New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Patrick most recently worked as a Family Therapist in New Mexico and is proficient in Spanish.

Practice Philosophy: Patrick utilizes a relationship-based and trauma-informed practice model with his patients. Within that practice model, Patrick uses client-centered therapy, EMDR, CBT, narrative therapy, mindfulness, and strengths-based work to help meet people where they are at and create an honest and trusting bond. Patrick enjoys working with children and adolescents and their parents/caregivers and is trained in Circle of Security Relationship-Based Parenting Program.
