I was given a pregnancy test though my concern was a long-going UTI Infection even though I Indicated that I'm not pregnant. I feel the type of test was unnecessary but I relied on the doctor's recommendation.

Dr Mohandesi was not patient enough to explain the medical complications to non medical people like me and my son who accompanied me to this visit. She was also not dealing with us in a courtesy, we both got the feeling that she's like talking to us as if we are very stupid and we will never understand what she says. She is technically ok but on the personal level we weren't comfortable with the way she talked to us neither with her eye and body language.

She is one of the best doctor I have seen.

I was extremely disappointed in my experience and felt very disrespected. The nurse called late a day prior asking to take an earlier appointment. It did not work for me and that is the reason I took the later appointment. The doctor came in weeping throwing her head back and got to her desk and stayed "yes!" I personally would rather be seen by a private clinic if this is the care I get. I am coming a year later. She doesn't listen. She just said okay I'll refer. She heard something and said I'll refer. This is not how it's supposed to be and it's extremely shameful. I am educated and work in a field of healthcare and it was disappointing to see a doctor so upset to have to work her schedule.
