Michelle McKay, DO, is a board certified family medicine physician with additional osteopathic training. She has special interests in women’s health, contraception management, adolescent medicine, preventive medicine. Away from work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends. Dr. McKay enjoys the outdoors such as, gardening, golfing, boating, bike riding and trail hiking. Born and raised in Coeur d’ Alene, ID, she completed her residency training in Spokane, WA. Dr. McKay has two children, 19 and 16 years old, two miniature schnauzers, and a Persian cat.

    Dr. McKay always has a way of making you feel not just heard, but seen too. Once she steps into the room, she is present with you. Listening to me and then she asks additional questions for clarity. Dr. McKay also has a skill of being able to answer your questions in an easy to receive approach

    Dr McKay only works three days a week. The only complaint I'd have is it hard to get in with her for my time fits hers because I live across town. Very good doctor.
