I had a great experience at the Rockwood Clinic. I had no wait, and both Dr McKay and her Nurse saw me immediately. Wonderful appointment. I felt that Dr McKay really listened to me and she is helping me in taking care of myself. Both Dr McKay and her Nurse have wonderful "bedside manner". I plan on bringing my 3 teenage daughters to Rockwood as well.

Dr McKay is excellent. She listens to my old lady complaints and always has great advice for solutions. I am so lucky to have her as my Doctor. She's down to earth and even though my daughter ( caregiver) comes with me, because I have very limited eyesight, Dr McKay speaks directly to me.. For an elderly person that's so important.

Seems that everyone interacts with the computer rather than the patient. This was my first visit w/ Dr. *McKay & she didn't bother to get to know me at all.
