Meghan Roberts, MD

Meghan Roberts, MD joined MultiCare in 2018 as an Internal Medicine Hospitalist for MultiCare Deaconess Hospital. She earned her Doctor of Medicine at the University of Minnesota Medical School in Minneapolis, MN after completing a Pre-Med Program through Harvard University. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science, Magna Cum Laude, from St. Olaf College. Dr. Roberts completed her Internal Medicine Residency in Spokane and has worked in Hospitals and Care Facilities in the Spokane area for many years. In 2022, the Washington Chapter of the American College of Physicians selected Dr. Roberts as the Hospitalist of the Year. 

Her hobbies include outdoor activities with her family such as cross country skiing, hiking, tennis, and horseback riding. She also enjoys reading, travel, school volunteer work, and gardening.

Practice Philosophy: Provide high quality evidence based and compassionate care in a hospital setting. Remain active in teaching residents and students. Develop expertise in patient safety issues and early identification and treatment of sepsis. Facilitate increased hospitalist/resident procedures, including simulation training, to decrease length of stay and minimize costs. Active community involvement in access to healthcare and public health initiatives to maximize preventative care.
