Dr. Anderson apologized for being delayed -EPIC was down. He had reviewed my chart prior to that and remembered a little bit about my history. I appreciated that. He listened to my concern and was thoughtful in his discussion of proposed treatment. Dr. Anderson makes me feel safe.
