Lena Ismail, ARNP

Lena Ismail, MSN, ARNP, is a board-certified adult-gerontology primary care nurse practitioner. She has three years of experience in primary care. In her spare time, Lena loves to explore the pacific northwest through hiking its mountains, kayaking its lakes and walking along its shores. She enjoys trying new recipes in the kitchen and catching up on her ever growing reading list.

My nursing care philosophy is based on two things: evidence-based practice and shared decision making. My goal with each visit is to listen and learn from my patient to co-create a treatment plan that is both effective and manageable. As a nurse practitioner I am committed to lifelong learning to provide culturally competent, holistic care that improves the health of my patients. Ultimately my role is to empower patients to be involved and confident in their treatment plan.
