I believe that by simply changing our focus from one centered on disease to one focused on wellness and longevity that we can achieve great things. Too often our medical system focuses heavily on disease and ignores our strongest tools – preventing disease and progression of disease through an optimal diet and physical activity level. When we use these tools in combination with new, state of the art medications and treatments the results can be remarkable.

I provide my patients with medical care that I would provide to my own family, based on current research and guidelines. I also aim to educate and involve my patients in their medical care to help them achieve their goals and take an interest in their health.
