    I like to have a blood test every year to see what my hormone levels are at and make sure my doses do not need to be changed, Jennifer did not seem to see the need for that but ordered some other basic blood tests. Not sure I agreed with that and left feeling unsure about wanting to continue with her. I felt she just took my previous HRT doctors prescribed doses without really checking if those doses were actually right for me. It had been 1.5 years since I had my blood tested for those levels.

    Did not really attempt to establish rapport. I had never seen this provider but she was about to enter the most intimate part of my body and she barely said hello before getting started. However she did answer all of my questions. But she continued speaking even when she was turned away from me (and I noticed this when she was saying goodbye to a previous client) which feels impersonal and is a barrier to communication. Overall I feel that I got the care I needed, and it was the end of the day, so she may have been tired and ready to go home, so I can understand
