Janae was really great to work with and I appreciated the time she took to listen and provide me with information that may benefit me.

Very caring personable, articulate and making instructions basic enough for me to understand it but not running off a memorized monalog to an audience but a concerned patient!

This was my first time seeing Janae and she listened to my issue and did a great job of answering my questions and taking care of getting me a new CPAP machine.

I always laugh when the care provider asks me what I want to do moving forward. I always answer that they are the subject matter experts and I am happy to try whatever they think is best. Being a teacher, if they have a room full of angry 6th graders, I'm your guy, but in terms of what is the best course for my health, I am happy to leave it to them.

This experience was by far the best medical related appointment I have ever had. Recently my appointments with other providers has been very disappointing and I have felt like "just another number" I had to do all the research on my own and at times had to guide the doctor and request to see a specialist where otherwise I would have been left to just deal with my ailments. Janae K Nelson is a very passionate and caring person and made the entire process smooth. I left my appointment with every question answered and a true plan and understanding of the treatment ahead of me.
