    Dr Piekenbrock is absolutely incredible. I'm so glad to have her as my PCP. She took her time, expressed concern, listened carefully and made me feel so important. She asked several times: "How can I support you?" These words from a provider are like magic. I see a huge difference in the care I receive from younger providers like Dr. Piekenbrock as I believe they are trained to use a more holistic approach to treatment and care. I feel like the two of us are a team in my healthcare with me taking the lead and she being a subject matter expert and consultant. I love the agency I feel to make informed choices on my own behalf with her input and guidance. She is truly exceptional.

    Provider did not allow me time at my visit. I was the last one of the day. She did not assess me and rushed me out. This was not psychologically safe and I left never wanting to return
