    Dr. Puig is the prime example of what a doctor should be like. She was incredibly sweet, she listened to me, and she was very thorough. My previous visit with Dr. Vivian Yu was very generic, and quick; she also did not pay attention and looked into my infected ear first and then used the same tip in my healthy ear, leading me to get a double ear infection. Dr. Puig did the whole ear, nose, and throat exam, and talked me through her process. Dr. Vivian Yu prescribed me medication without discussing with me, leading me to be applying a medication containing peanut oil (I'm allergic to peanuts and it is on my record. Dr. Puig discussed this medication and how it was great for dry ears, but she asked for my input first, in which I was able to explain my allergy. Dr. Puig obviously cared about my health, loves her job, and is the best ENT anyone could ask for
