    I appreciated how thorough the explanations were. They were clear and descriptive enough that I understood what I was being explained. Sometimes "doctor-ese" language is used when others have spoken with me and I don't know what to ask. With CeDrice, she kept the language simple, concise and descriptive for me to be able to be a part of the conversation and to ask questions for clarification.

    I would have answered "very good" to these questions, however, she let me know I was taking too much time with my concerns as she had other patients. It was my first time there & I had been so sick & so sore I wanted to be reassured.
