Catherine Ignacio, ARNP, MSN, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner specializing in gynecologic oncology. Her extensive experience includes in-clinic patient care as well as surgical assists. Catherine finds her career rewarding in many ways. She finds it fulfilling to build effective relationships with patients and to be a part of an interdisciplinary health care team. It is especially gratifying to help people through effective, innovative medical care. Away from work she enjoys going for walks, traveling and spending time with her family.

I always recommend to my friends & family about how good the care over here in TGH The cancer dept is amazing & so helpful the staff, assistant and esp the doctors how they make me feel so important & taking care of. Really much appreciated with the hard work you fid. It was a pleasure. May God bless you all.

This was my first week post op appointment. She did not even ask to see my incisions or feel if they were ok. I was the one who asked her to see them. I've had post op appointments before and doctors always go straight to checking my incisions for any infection or swelling, so I was a bit confused why she didn't ask to see them. She did take care of my catheter though. Maybe because I didn't have any concerns.
