    Dr. Mitchell was excellent. He took the time to explain the choices of procedures, potential risks, recovery time and follow-up treatments. He stressed that the choice was mine to make. I felt comfortable in the way he relayed the information to me and was very attentive to my own worries and concerns. I left feeling confident in both him and my decision. I felt like a person in his office and not like a condition to be treated.

    I have an unusual condition. Doctor explained why I experience difficulties. Doctor was very thorough about my future card, which I agree with. But it is nice to have a professional support my decision made out of fear.

    I would reccomend Dr Mitchel toantone needing an ENT! I have found him to be extremely knowledgeable and is always able to answer any of my questions. I've dealt with a lot of ENTa in the last 15 years and he is one of the very best.

    I will have to say. I am going through a lot right now. I can't express how much I appreciate Dr Mitchell's upfront and to the point. The way he explains thing's so I can understand is great. His heart definitely goes out to his patients. He is and has been amazing. I was alittle (alot) concerned about having to change doctors when Dr Bassett left. I'm so grateful now. He is so easy to talk with. Very down to the point. I really appreciate that. Thank you for your heart.

    Dr. Mitchell was AMAZING!! I have had very few times where I felt so heard about my condition and experiences. One thing I loved about my visit was leaving feeling very informed about my treatment options; Dr. Mitchell was very thorough in describing my options and wasn't demeaning about It In the slightest. Overall Multicare ENT will be my go-to In the future and we're even considering transferring my wife's care there
