Jun, 11 2024The PA (Nuri) and NP (Stephanie) were both very kind, comforting, and informative. I appreciate their guidance and care. Dr Makari was phenomenal. As a first-time parent, visiting a neurologist (which honestly is terrifying) my anxiety and nerves were high - Dr. Makari's level of care was beyond my expectations. He was informative, gentle, kind, and created a safe and calming space. He was detailed and descriptive, being sure to explain his reasoning for questions and examinations and how his observations affected his diagnosis/treatment plan. He was professional and personable, giving a sense of comfort and ease. I could not have asked for a better experience during an emotional time.

Apr, 23 2024It was a good experience but really it could have all been done over the phone or even in a MyChart message. I drove an hour in traffic and took my kid out of school to be told what could have been a phone call.

She has an incredible memory about personal details about her patients and their families, and she is a joy to talk to and problem solve with. I don't have enough good words for Dr. Persa!

Feb, 6 2024Dr Phillips is always overprepared. He checks the chart before the appointment and does all the research necessary so that he has most of the answers while we are at the appointment. He has a good bedside manner with my daughter and explains everything in plain English without dumbing it down. He had a med student with him at this appointment. She was polite and nice about asking permission to be there.Dr Phillips also really seems to enjoy teaching the students and I also learned a few things too.

She explains everything clearly and listens to questions and concerns and addresses them without rushing. She's very kind and we appreciate her knowledge and ability to make us feel like we are her only patients.

Oct, 17 2023Dr Phillips always takes his time to answer all my concerns and questions as well as discussing other options. Very few providers can manage their schedules to do this. I makes a huge difference and is the reason I've continued care with MultiCare despite dissatisfaction with many other providers.
