Fellowship application process

  1. We start reviewing applications in July of each year.
  2. Completed applications will be accepted until October 1st of each year.
  3. Once we receive your completed application, an email will be sent to you confirming that we have received your application.
  4. Completed applications will be submitted to our selection committee. You will be notified if further information is required. The application will not be reviewed by the selection committee until it is complete.
  5. The selection committee selects candidates for interview. This typically occurs within 1-2 weeks of receipt of all application materials. Our Fellowship Coordinator will contact you informing you of our decision.
  6. Interviews are granted by invitation only. The interview plays a central part in our final selection process.
  7. Once you contact us accepting an interview, we will arrange a day that is convenient for both parties.

The Interview

  1. The interviews for the 2024-2025 academic year will be conducted via a virtual platform.
  2. Candidates will meet with the Fellowship Director Dr. Rebecca Benko, and a subset of OB/GYN and Family Medicine faculty, as well as a current fellow.

Final Selection

We offer positions on a rolling basis. All applicants will be notified of our decision as soon as possible.
