Patients & Visitors at Allenmore Hospital

Welcome to MultiCare Allenmore Hospital

We invite patients to learn more about their stay with us. We recognize how important it is that our patients have a caring environment that includes family and friends. Visitors will be accommodated as much as possible, with consideration for other patients and overall patient care.

Visitor amenities and resources

Banking & ATMs

An ATM is located on the first floor of the hospital, and is associated with Columbia Bank.

Volunteers will deliver flowers to patient rooms. Please keep in mind the majority of inpatient rooms are double occupancy. Large plants and floral arrangements may be difficult to accommodate.

Visitors should check in with the patient’s nurse before bringing gifts, plants, food or drink to patients. Latex balloons are not permitted.

Newspapers and mail

Newspapers are provided and delivered to the clinics, waiting areas and the hospital nurse stations. Please let your nurse or unit secretary know if you would like a newspaper.

Volunteers deliver letters and packages for patients each morning. Letters and parcels that arrive after you have been discharged will be forwarded to your home. Outgoing mail may be deposited in the mail drop box at the information desk in the main lobby.

Spiritual care services

Through spiritual care services, all patients and families can meet with a non-denominational hospital chaplain for counseling and spiritual support. If you would like a visit from our spiritual care team, please let your nurse know.
