Sports Physical Screenings (Yakima)

Is your child planning to participate in school sports? Make sure they are ready by attending one of our sports physical screening events.

What to expect:

• Students should wear gym clothes
• Sports physical forms will be provided
• Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian
• If a comprehensive wellness exam is needed, students will be referred to their primary care provider
