  • In no event shall MultiCare and/or its respective suppliers be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data, or profits, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tortuous action, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of information available from the Services. In the event this disclaimer of damages is not enforceable, damages shall be limited to $1.00 USD.

DMCA take-down notice

MultiCare will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law.
