See comment in the beginning. I really like Dr. Robins. However, I felt pressured to make another appointment when I did not feel I needed one. It made me feel that I needed an unnecessary appointment when I couldn't really afford one.

The quality of the care provided is not in question, however, time allocations are extremely tight. The doctor's and staff try to accommodate for the tight time squeeze but it shows through in the course of the visit. It's a shame, but I imagine unavoidable in today's "Bean Counter" dominated world!

Dr Robins always listens to me carefully. He asks me questions if my explanation is not clear since I'm a non-native English speaker. I know that he tries to understand me and I can also ask him any questions I have. He knows all the visits in the past too and asks me if the symptoms/concerns are better.
