    Dr. Hall was responsive to my concerns. We discussed issuance of a previously expired prescription which she promptly re-issued. We discussed 2 other concerns which she promptly issued referrals for specialists. Dr. Hall is an excellent physician and would fully recommend her as a primary care physician. I am very pleased with the visit.

    Again, it isn't the doctors, assistants, nurses who are the problem. It is those not concerned that they are not making requested appointments or even listening to the request when called by someone needing an appt.
