Diane Crum, DNP, ARNP, FNP-BC, is a board-certified family medicine nurse practitioner who off ers a vast array of primary care services, including routine office procedures and vaccinations. Diane has both a master’s degree and a doctorate degree in nursing. Her career in health care was launched when she worked in a nursing home, where she found joy in serving others. Away from work, she is an avid painter and enjoys spending time with her family on trips to Pacific Northwest beaches.

    Dr. Crum is in my opinion one of the leading Health Care Providers. She is extremely interested in our health. She has a very relaxed attitude, yet she is very conscientious of the patients needs, and condition. She pays attention to detail. I am convinced of her professional knowledge, and approach, and am always looking forward to follow any of her recommendations, etc.

    Exceptional interest and positive outlook. Went over every thing. Would like to get on Hospice because of pain but apparently some parts of my body are pretty good ...Caregiver and I discussed all possibilities. This took time which she made for me. How can I better express my appreciation? So thankful and feel blessed.
