    He listened and was engaged with me but failed in setting up the expected referral to physical therapy. It's over a week since the appointment and I've yet to hear from PT. I guess I'll have to get the ball rolling myself.

    This is the third attempt to address this problem beginning with an urgent care facility and then ER visit and finally here with doctor Johnson we had a listening ear! I told him we really appreciated it.

    His notes always have inaccurate details of what occurred or was said during my visit. I do not feel that his exams are very thorough.
