There was just something that's was left out like labs being done a when to do them. But she was great

This provider is always extremely late and I am always kept waiting a very long time. This last experience wasn't anything new.

Dr Shaheen was amazing. Very professional yet caring and thorough.

Dr Shaheen was professional but was not really very compassionate about the delay in her seeing us or the 4 months in between my original visit and then the follow up. She asked me if I had read the results of the tests that had been prescribed. I am not a Doctor and had to get my PCP to relate the information to me.

My only hesitation would be her disrespect for appointment times.

Excellent Doctor and I greatly appreciate the time and effort that she provided.

Not thorough communication on condition, what to avoid, assessment , medical condition, progress time spent mostly on updating their medical records

I never recommend medical persons to anyone due to they might have a bad experience and blame me

When asked questions about the patients status and results, the provider did not allow family to see results as well as she would not answer some questions that were asked. She had multiple snarky remarks for example, "this is a free country", when she became aware that we are trying to get off the BP medication. I would absolutely not recommend this doctor to anyone who would like to better their health. I work for MultiCare and am positive this is not the type of provider we want representing us.

Dr Shaheen is concerned with all aspects of your life and health and involves you in decisions. She presents various options and respects your decisions. She's supportive and professional.
