I have seen a few cardiologists at Pulse. Dr Shaheen is by far my favorite in terms of her ability to listen to me and offer clear and understandable information.

Had a hard time dealing with all my concerns. Felt like things I was asking was not addressed very well

We discussed my situation and my second opinion on her fall 25 recommendation very thoroughly. Her thoughts were explained clearly to me. My decision is personal and pros and cons were explained thoroughly by Dr Shaheen. We will discuss again in 6 months.

She came in closed off. No personality! Stated some fact and did order some extra things that were helpful. Just didn't connect with us and she seem very cold.

From questions ask it seemed there was no review of my records before doc came into the room.

Dr interrupted me and cut me off through out the appointment . Dr was not interested in what I had to say whatsoever. I will request a different cardiologist going forward.

When asking questions about a new medication the provider's response was to belittle me by stating "I must know more than they do ."

I wouldn't recommend a friend to my cardiologist because she is clearly at her limit of patient load.

The Doctor that I seen was really good. She explained everything to me. And what needed to be done? And she listened to my conceinsurance, but my only problem was the wait time that I had to wait to see this Doctor.

I had a hard time hearing the doctor from across the room. So she came closer to me so I could hear her which I appreciated.

It is now the next day and I still haven't heard anything. I will attempt to call to see what happened.

Dr. Shaheen has always made me feel well cared for. She listens to my concerns and acts upon them.

Interesting. We actually discussed Dr. Shaheen's gentle way of giving me responsibility for maintaining my own cardiac health. It's working. Obviously, she has me figured out!
