A very knowledgeable doctor! He asked excellent questions, showed concern, and was patient with my child! He gave some thoughtful suggestions and recommendations!

In the past when I have seen specialists it has felt a bit like they plunge forwarded without listening. That was NOT the case with this practice and Dr. I felt he listened and adjusted the plan based on feedback. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience.

I appreciate how honest, open and considerate Dr. Ricker is with me and my child. {patient name removed} is very comfortable with him and that is comforting to me. I appreciate how thorough he is and trust he will make the best recommendations for my daughter.

The doctor was extremely thorough and took the time to explain each step of the plan and teach me about the medications and plan going forward. Easy to talk to, patient, and very welcoming.

Dr Ricker has been our pulmonologist for over 15 years and knows us so well. We really appreciate his expertise. On this particular visit we were worried about symptoms she was having and he reassured us after running multiple tests.

Both the respiratory therapist, Loren, and the pulmonologist, Dr. Ricker, were fantastic and professional yet friendly! They listened and explained very well!

Didn't feel that the doctor was particularly concerned given the medical history and ongoing problems. Felt like we just went through the motions and no effort to get to the root cause was made. Felt like a very basic, generic appointment that wasn't necessary to travel as far as we did and wasn't worth the 4 month wait in any way. Quite disappointed to be honest

The doctor asked questions that needed data. At no point did he ask about what the experience was, why we were worried. He suggested something that we had already tried but never asked us if we had tried before telling us this is what we should do. Other than the breathing test, this could have been a zoom visit. It was not helpful, and we were never even asked what our concerns were. He had his mind made up in the first 5 minutes.
