    I always appreciate Dr Song taking the time to listen to my concerns and provide medical information in an understandable way. She was able to quickly address a concern that came up during my exam and explain treatment options and why she was recommending the one she did. I have been seeing Dr Song a long time and am so grateful for her care.

    I say above that there was a poor effort to involve me in decisions because I wasn't given alternatives. But I don't know that there where any alternatives to give me other than, do you want this or to go home instead?
