Uma Krishnan, MD, is a board-certified cardiologist and is the medical director of cardiac rehabilitation services. She offers comprehensive cardiologic care, with a special focus on gender-specific treatment. Additionally, she provides educational outreach as a part of her interest in prevention services. Away from work, hiking and gardening are two of her favorite outdoor activities.

I didn't have time to ask questions or explain about the tachycardia episode I had. The doctor was behind seeing patients which I understand happens sometimes but I didn't feel as though I was valued as a patient. My time during my appointment should be important.

Again this was a phone appt. Nurse called 2 hours before appt. Dr called 23 mins late. Which was fine I was home but I was on hold because I was calling the office at 1:40 worried the Dr had an emergency and wasn't going to call me. I was still on hold for almost 15 mins when she finally called.
