2-Day Childbirth Class at Tacoma General Hospital
This class series covers birth, comfort techniques, medications for birth, cesarean birth, postpartum, and some breastfeeding and newborn care information. Labor coping and support techniques will be practiced both days. Each class day is 6 hours with a lunch break.
