Conscious Fathering (Puyallup)

Becoming a dad is an incredible adventure, and we’re here to help you prepare for the early days of fatherhood, empowering you to be a confident dad and supportive partner.

From diapering to sleep schedules to bathing, you’ll learn about your newborn baby's basic needs and how to respond to them.

How you care for your child from the very first day will build the foundation for your relationship. We’ll discuss how to develop your own definition of the kind of father you want to be and how you want to interact with your child.

You’ll also gain insight into building a partnership with mom to help care for and nurture your child from the first day.

This class is taught by men who offer information and encouragement to new dads.

Partners are welcome to attend at no additional cost.
