Jennifer Liu, DO

I would recommend Dr. Liu to anyone who needs a provider. She is the perfect example of how you "do" virtual appointments. After a year under her care, I am almost sorry I will be transferred to in-person appointments.

Her delivering was fantastic. It's not easy telling people they have to let go of their vices in order to live a healthier life. She recognized that I knew I was making unhealthy decisions and she talked to me instead of at me. She apologized for "yelling" at me - she never yelled. It was the scolding I needed to hear and knew that I would hear from a dr. She, like the nurse, was genuine in her concern and showed care vs just cause and effect talks and numbers on a chart.

She was very concerned about my feelings and what we should test for.

This experience was exceptional from start to finish. When I scheduled my appointment before my upcoming primary care visit, the team quickly and urgently arranged a telehealth appointment with a wonderful doctor. The nurse was kind, attentive, and thorough with her questions, and I experienced virtually no wait time before being seen.The doctor was knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely listened to everything I had to say. She provided excellent feedback, explained every step clearly, and made sure I fully understood her plan of care. She also made the process of submitting referrals for surgical testing and a specialist incredibly easy.It truly felt like an in-person visit, and it may have been the best virtual appointment I've ever had. I'm very grateful for this outstanding experience.
