Callan L. Kosnik, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant specializing in colon and rectal surgery. She focuses on the evaluation and management of a wide range of anorectal and pelvic floor conditions. Her clinical expertise includes diagnosing and treating anorectal disorders, performing rubber band ligation for internal hemorrhoids, managing pelvic floor dysfunction, chronic pelvic pain, constipation and fecal incontinence. She also performs peripheral nerve evaluation (PNE) trials for sacral neuromodulation and conducts comprehensive diagnostic assessments that include anal manometry and other advanced testing modalities.

Callan also has experience supporting minimally invasive and robotic-assisted colorectal procedures as well as the multidisciplinary care of patients undergoing treatment for colorectal cancer. Away from work, she enjoys spending time with her two children and pursuing hobbies that include gardening, cooking, reading and tackling home projects with her husband. Together, they maintain a small homestead with a large garden, chickens and ducks, creating an environment that reflects her appreciation for sustainability, family life and meaningful daily connection.
