Dr. Kim was incredibly kind and compassionate. She listened carefully, and would summarize my words with the same information back to me for the chart notes. She identified my dx immediately and described and explained every pain symptom I had. She was never dismissive of my pain. She showed care towards me as a sick person but also care towards me as a human. Her compassion and understanding made me tear up during my visit. We discussed my plan of care and what to do for my follow up actions. I feel lucky I was seen by Dr. Kim during this appointment.

I love her!!! She really listened and developed a plan that was doable. She believed in me. Wow! That just doesn't happen with medical services any more. Very impressed.

Our doctor was excellent. Due to a scheduling error by the phone scheduler, we showed up and our appointment didn't exist we were told. They saw we needed to have our newborn seen that day and our doctor took time out of her busy day to squeeze us in. Not only that, but she took her time and answered all of our questions and left us feeling very at ease by the end of our appointment.
