We were provided information both proactively and as needed in response to questions. Never felt like we were getting in the way or wasting the doctors time.

I would love to make Dr Copeland our primary, for both of my kids. We have been bouncing around and I feel like I connected the best with her.

When I brought up a question she didn't seem to care at all. I will not be coming back to this provider.

I felt like the doctor didn't help me figure out a solution or explain the sensory issues I was asking about. She just gave me a referral for behavior health and said she doesn't have sensory issues just anxiety. I was bothered that she was quick to throw the word anxiety around when what I was expressing to her lines up more with sensory problems.

Dr Copeland is a good active listener. We just hope for a little more anticipatory guidance as this is our first child. But our questions are always answered.
