I felt like I was having a hard time staying focused. The care provider was understanding and communicated interest in my concerns. She promptly referred me for new imaging to hopefully narrow down cause of symptoms.

Very thorough! Answered all my questions, and was very receptive to feedback on missing discharge instructions on incision care from Deaconess. She also committed to follow up on errors in the admission instruction letter that I received, and omission by other PA in not scheduling follow-up carotid ultrasound. She was great!

I was given a gown for an exam; however, the PA only checked the pulse in my feet for venous Insufficiency; an ultra sound report had been completed so she was aware of Issues.
